Numio 1.7.2 adds investment insurance and term deposit estimates, with better tools for accessories, supplies, and subscription history.

What's new

  • Track investment insurance with an insurer and current value. Enter an expected payout, or estimate it from a single investment and an assumed annual rate of return.
  • Set a term deposit’s interest start date and day-count basis, then view estimated interest and total value at maturity on its detail card.
  • Manage repairs and maintenance, accessories, and supplies separately under each belonging, with related spending included in its cost. Recovered accessories retain their status and recovery details.
  • When adding an automatically renewing subscription, optionally fill in past renewal records to track historical spending and the current service period.
  • Consumables, wish and regret lists, and shared memberships are now visible by default. Your saved visibility settings are preserved.
  • Look up investment holding names, view more precise gain and loss percentages, and see clearer account and principal labels for receivables and payables.

What's new

  • Investments and precious metals can store unit cost and calculate total holding cost from shares or weight, giving gains and losses an explicit cost basis.
  • Cloud sync now keeps up to 50 local records for iCloud and WebDAV manual syncs, automatic syncs, saves, and connection tests, with detailed results for each attempt.
  • Cloud backups separate the latest sync from history, show source, time, and media summaries, and let you delete older backups you no longer need.

Fixes and refinements

  • Corrected WebDAV conditional-write capability checks and added a user-confirmed single-device compatibility mode for services without safe conditional writes.
  • Improved WebDAV HTTPS redirect handling, removing credentials across origins and rejecting redirects for write requests.
  • Removed the asset type display setting that no longer controlled the home screen, unifying presentation across the home screen, cards, and action forms.
  • Refined cloud sync settings, status, and form layouts, and updated the plan-change icon.

  • Transfer between money accounts in the same or different currencies, with actual received amounts and fees. Fund top-ups from a money account or credit card.
  • Link investment purchases, sales and redemptions to money accounts. Track quantity, cost, fees and realized gains separately from valuation updates.
  • Record partial collections and repayments for existing receivables and payables, including interest or fees. Write off receivables and link credit repayments to money accounts.
  • Record item purchase and maintenance payments using money accounts, credit cards or prepaid accounts. Linked payments are recalculated when the source record is edited or deleted.
  • Explore asset overviews, recorded trends and money flows, with holding gains, spending categories and currency distribution. Choose this week, this month, year to date or custom dates.
  • Manage initial subscription payments separately from future renewal settings. Add plan names to one-time purchases and switch stopped automatic subscriptions to manual renewal.
  • Choose which asset, subscription and item tabs to show. Enjoy refined summaries, sample-data guidance, record cards and larger text layouts.
  • Updated dark, clear and tinted app icons, plus a consistent Numio Pro purchase and status view. Enable automatic valuation for two accounts on the free plan.
