Terms of Use

1. Service Scope

Numio provides tools for recording and organizing personal assets, subscriptions, bills, reminders, and multi-currency information. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. No Financial Advice

Numio is for personal information organization only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or credit advice. You are responsible for checking record accuracy and making decisions based on actual bills, bank information, and service provider records.

3. Data and Backups

You are responsible for the data you enter, import, export, sync, and store in the app. Keep exported files, backup files, WebDAV credentials, and device access secure. Uninstalling the app, erasing a device, or disabling relevant system services may cause local data loss.

4. Custom Card Faces and Third-Party Materials

Card face images are selected, added, and managed by you. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use each image, that the content is lawful and non-infringing, and that it does not contain sensitive information you do not want to expose.

Numio does not provide a service for users to upload, publish, share, review, or host card face images, and does not represent that any bank, issuer, or third-party site has authorized or endorsed your use of related materials. Except where the law provides otherwise, disputes or losses arising from your selection, import, display, export, or sync of card face images are your responsibility.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase Numio Pro, the transaction is handled by the Apple App Store. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and taxes follow App Store rules and the policies for your Apple ID region.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Numio or this website for illegal activity, infringement, interference with service security, or harm to the rights of others, including claiming discount codes in bulk through automated means or abusing the issuance endpoint.

7. Intellectual Property

The Numio software, interface, documentation, name, icon, and original content belong to their rights holder. Except where allowed by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or use them for unauthorized commercial purposes without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Numio works to provide a stable and accurate tool experience, but we do not guarantee that all information, exchange rates, reminders, or third-party service results will always be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

9. Updates

We may update these terms as features, laws, or operations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date.
